A better way of doing corporate
We’ve made it our mission to make the corporate world more human (again). We believe that open communication and people-centered approaches are the basis for a happy workforce and successful companies.
This is why we help employees in gaining the necessary skills to communicate what actually matters and create meaningful relationships at work. It’s also why we support companies in building communication flows that foster trust, authenticity and belonging.
Meet Valerie and Hannah – the people behind You’ve got to say it.

Our values
Workplace communication isn’t just about what you say — it’s about how, when, and also why you say it.
We believe in:
- Mindful communication – Being intentional with our words and creating space for active listening.
- Authenticity – Communicating in a way that is professional but true to ourselves.
- Cultural awareness – Recognizing the influence that cultural differences have on the way we communicate.
- Individual differences – Appreciating that everyone has unique perspectives and experiences.
- Vulnerability – Having the hard conversations and sharing from the heart, not just the head.
