Two women, one vision

A better way of doing corporate

We’ve made it our mission to make the corporate world more human (again). We believe that open communication and people-centered processes are the ticket to happy employees and successful companies.

This is why we give leaders and employees the necessary skills to communicate what actually matters. We want to support companies in building effective communication flows that foster trust, authenticity and collaboration.

Meet Valerie and Hannah – the people behind You’ve got to say it.

Valerie

Valerie has spent almost nine years living and traveling abroad, working in a variety of industries and getting to know people from all over the world.

Her passion for communciation and relationship dynamics led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. More recently she also completed her training as a relationship coach.

Whether working across time zones or managing cultural differences in remote teams, Valerie has learned that success often comes down to effective communication.

Hannah

As communication enthusiast and seasoned professional, Hannah has over a decade of experience in marketing and leadership.

She has worked in and led international teams, continuously exploring how diverse groups can collaborate more effectively.

Currently training as a diversity manager, she’s particularly interested in how different cultural backgrounds shape the way we communicate – and how we can benefit from those differences.

Our values

Workplace communication isn’t just about what you say — it’s about how, when, and also why you say it.

We believe in:

  • Mindful communication – Being intentional with our words and creating space for active listening.
  • Authenticity – Communicating in a way that is professional but true to ourselves.
  • Cultural awareness – Recognizing the influence that cultural differences have on the way we communicate.
  • Individual differences – Appreciating that everyone has unique perspectives and experiences.
  • Vulnerability – Having the hard conversations and sharing from the heart, not just the head.
